Job Description

Personal Assistant support the work of managers and company directors by undertaking a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks such as answering telephone calls; arranging appointments; taking messages; typing/word processing; filing; organising meetings; booking transport and accommodation; managing databases; implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems; liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; preparing letters, presentations and reports; recruiting, training and supervising staff. 

Responsibility:

• Required to complete a variety of general administrative duties to ensure the daily running of an organization/office 
• Able to maintain proper files, both paper documents and electronic files. 
• Has an ability to conduct research, communicate with staff members and clients. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Requirement

• < 30 year old. 
• Bachelor Degree in any majors, preferably in majoring in graphic design or architecture
  Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. 
• Proficiency in English.  
• Strong analytical skills and well organized working habit. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Highly initiative individual, self-motivated, hard working and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent internet research and analytical skill. 
• Having ability in using graphic design software (E.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator ) is a plus

Hydraulic Engineer is responsible for maintaining our dredger and other products; providing technical advice and problem solving especially hydraulic issue in our product; demonstrating / presenting products; testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products; writing reports and documentation. for more information on our product visit binacitra.com.

Responsibility

• Provide Frontline Technical Support and Troubleshooting Especially Hydraulic Issue. 
• Responsible for general and technical knowledge of our products. 
• Must be able to identify all technical issues. 
• Provide end user training where required. 

Requirement

• Male < 30 years old 
• Minimum GPA 3.00 
• Major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum S1 degree (preferably from reputable university). 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, has 2-3 years working experience is preferable. 
• Having experience working with hydraulics or having final project related with hydraulics. 
• Look forward to have a challenging day and love to earn big commissions. 
• Excellent communication both written and verbal to represent the product to customers personally and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.  
• Excellent understanding in how to close a deal.  
• Proficiency in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills.  
• Able to travel throughout sales territory and working in the field. 
• Highly initiative individual, self motivated, hard working and able to work under pressure.
