Compensation And Benefit Specialist

Bidang Pekerjaan: Human Resource

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist the HR Process including but not limited to personnel administration, legal documents, payroll and industrial relations.
• Develop, maintain, propose improvement on company benefits program such as Medical, Jamsostek, Company creativity program, etc.
• Fully Responsible in creating, maintaining HR reports and ensuring accuracy of the reports
• Prepare and analyze the compensation & benefit budget

Persyaratan:

•     Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) all majors, preferably from Accounting major.
•     At least 2 years experience in HR generalist function
•     Strong knowledge and able to set up the compensation and benefit scheme
•     Experienced in handling income tax, Jamsostek, insurance etc.
•     Solid knowledge in Labor law, HR Policies and procedure
•     Being careful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and keen on working with numbers.
•     High level of verbal and written English skills and high command in Ms. Office.
