FastrEx is an exciting opportunity for you to develop leadership skills in your area of focus in a warehouse and distribution management environment. The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the Company. Job rotation to various department or project at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia covering Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Warehouse and Distribution Operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

•     Indonesian citizen
•     Min. fresh graduate holds Bachelor Degree/S1 all major in Engineering or Mathematic and Sciences
•     Max. 25 years old for Bachelor Degree (S1)
•     GPA min. 3.20 (Bachelor Degree/ S1)
•     Max. 1 year working experience for Bachelor Degree
•     Good command of English both verbal and written.
•     Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
•     Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box.
•     Willing to be developed and engaged under DHL Management Trainee Program.
•     Wlling to be posted in DHL Supply Chain Indonesia’s Department or Project around Indonesia.
•     Minimal IPK:3.2
•     Umur Maksimal:25
