1.GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Qualification:
  • Male / Female.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Advertising.
  • Having  knowledge  and  familiar  with  Corel  Draw,  Adobe  Photoshop,  3DS,  Adobe  Illustrator,  Indesign  skills and Web.
  • Proficient in graphic design, Ms. Office, social media, photography (photoshop and premiere for video), and
  • editing photos / videos.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong leadership and willing to work under pressure.
  • Able to use Flash.
  • Understanding in Actionscript2.0 or/and Actionscript3.0 is a plus.
  • Able to handle various projects at once in short notice.
  • Ability to work with corporate brand design guidelines.
    Great attention to details.
    Creative, innovative, and communicative.
    Honest, hard worker, high integrity, good personality and interpersonal skills, and dedicated to work.

2. IT SUPPORT

Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, max. 30 years old.
  • D3/S1 in Computing Science/Information Technology.
  • Must  be  able  to  Setup  Linux  (CentOS/Ubuntu,  etc),  Web  Server,  Mail  Server,  FTP  Server,  B
  • ackup  System,
  • Proxy Server, Lan Monitoring, Server Monitoring.
  • Must be able to Setup Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server.
  • Must be able to setup Router, Firewall.

3. IT DEV. & RESEARCH
Qualifications:
  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years programming experience.
  • Experienced  in  two/more  of  these  programing  languages/platforms:Java,  Android  SDK,  C++,  Objective  C, Swift, iOS SDK, JavaScript.
  • Strong technical knowledge in developing, testing and supporting applications in SQL, MySQL, PHP
  • Experience in one/more of these programming languages/platforms/tools:JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery.
  • Mastering responsive and adaptive layout.

4. MARKETING STAFF
Qualifications:
  • Female  or  Male,  Bachelor  Degree  from  any  major,  with  minimum  GPA3.00  (4  scaled)  from  Reputable
  • University
  • Familiar with social media marketing.
  • Familiar with online marketing & advertising (Adworks etc).
  • Familiarity with Google SEO, Google Analytics.
  • Basic IT understanding (familiarity with internet, ecommerce, social media).
  • Proficient in English (Verbal and Written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer orientation and be able to work under pressure.
  • Positive self starter, flexible,and attentive to detail.
  • Marketing knowledge, can strategize and execute marketing plan to support sales and brand awareness.
  • At least 2 years of online marketing experience.
  • Provide admnistrative support.
  • Create new business client and organise follow up activities.
  • Support the on-site sales and marketing team with any additional sales related duties required.

5. SECRETARY
Qualifications:
  • Female, single, max 30 years old
  • Min.  D3  graduate  from  reputable  secretary  Academy.  S1  degree  from  relevant  major  will  be  an  extra advantage
  • Minimum 1 years experience as a Secretary to Director / Personal Assistant
  • Highly motivated, fast learner, detail, pleasant personality, good appearance, good looking
  • High integrity, loyalty, honest, responsibility and trustworthy
  • Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time
  • Good ability in filling management
  • Independent and able to perform multitasking
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Good communication skill

6.MARKETING STAFF
Qualifications:
  • Female  or  Male,  Bachelor  Degree  from  any  major,  with  minimum  GPA3.00  (4  scaled)  from  Reputable University
  • Familiar with social media marketing.

7. DIGITAL MARKETING

Responsibilities:
  • Explore opportunities and build partnership with third-party publishers.Maintain relationship with partners.
  • Create strategy and execute online ads in Facebook and other social medias.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s  degreein   Computer   Science,   Information   System,   Mathematics,   or   related departments. 
  • Fresh graduate may apply.
    Delighted with statistical analysis and figures.
    Proficient in spoken & written English.
    Good interpersonal & communication skill, well organize, discipline, and high initiative.
    Excellent copywriting skill.
    Have a high analyzing skill.
    Preferably if proficient in using Facebook Ads and Google Analytics.

8. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
  • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use
  • of current computer technology.
  • Compute  taxes  owed  and  prepare  tax  returns,  ensuring  compliance  with  payment,  reporting  or
  • other tax requirements.
  • Checking and verifying all employee claims (entertainment, travelling, etc).
  • Prepare and create monthly amortization expense (building, prepaid, leave, etc).
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or
    equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related positions.
  • Maximum age 28 years old.
  • Have good understanding on Finance & Accounting Analysis.
  • Detailed and organized person.

9.PROMOTION and COMMUNICATION

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop marketing communication strategies with appropriate media.
  • Increase  the  company’s  brand  awareness  by  developing  and  managing  marketing  and
    communication strategies.
  • Manage and negotiate with various institutes and vendors to support marketing activities.
  • Support  the  company’s  marketing  activities  and  various  tasks  which  are  related  with  the
    company.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure the attractiveness of the company’s website.
  • Execute 360 degree marketing.
  • Develop  and  preserve  various  social  media  programs  to  build  brand  awareness  (Facebook,
  • Twitter, Google+, BBM Channel, Instagram, and Pinterest).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s  degree  in  Communication,  Business  Management, Advertising,    or    related departments. Maximum 30 years of age.
  • Proficient in making plans for marketing strategy. 
  • Target-oriented.
  • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Have extensive network is a plus.

10.SALES STAFF
Responsibilities:
  • Great communication skills to promote and market to sell to potential customers 
  • Logistics set-up on behalf of the clients’ branding in events or roadshow
  • Achieve a common vision & target with the team
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude Strong communication skills.
  • High level in a busy and fast-paced workplace.
  • Able to achieve required targets by the clients
  • Mature and self-motivation to be engaged in an unsupervised environment.

11. TAX
Responsibilities
  • :Prepare quarterly and annual related tax compliance
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits
  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Prepare all  tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
Requirements
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree from Accounting (Brevet A, B, & C)
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Understanding tax regulations, tax  planning, and related  tax
  • Highly energetic with initiative and confidence.

12. ADMIN MARKETING
Qualifications:
  • Warm, friendly and energetic
  • Excellent communication skills by phone or email
  • Enjoy meeting new people
  • Able to deal politely & tactfully with a whole range of people
  • Able to give presentation
  • Have a bachelor or diploma degree
  • Employment history that is relevant regarding marketing and customer service will be an additional
  • Able to work independently
  • Highly organised
  • Able to create, maintain and update the database of the contacts that the company
  • Good english skills (spoken and writing)
